This hotel (910m2 gfa) formed part of a more extensive redevelopment scheme by Six Continents Retail Ltd.
We were engaged by Bison Concrete Ltd to design, specify and detail the precast concrete cross-wall construction forming the 7 storey superstructure supported off a new basement (designed and constructed by others).
