IM Properties (Dordon) Limited have provided new distribution facilities for PHS, comprising 3150m2 warehouse and 550m2 offices (on two floors). The building is a two bay portal frame, each of 33m span, with alternate valley stanchions omitted. Foundations comprise nominally reinforced stanchion pads and strip footings carried on weathered sandstone. Car parking and concrete service yard, with dock levellers, are provided.

- All earthworks, foundations and substructures
- Structural steelwork to superstructure
- Masonry feature piers/stanchion encasement
- Masonry walls, cladding supports
- Ground floor and first floor slabs
- Foul and surface water drainage
- External pavings, including service yard and car park
