Includes 5ha of Container Yard (450mm thick fibre reinforced concrete), 3.4ha of Trailer Park, 16No. HGV reception bays, new bridge over railway, new permanent way works to extend railway, piled foundations and R.C runway beams for 2No. large travelling cranes, gatehouse, underground stormwater storage, foul water pumping station, diversion of watercourse, new subways beneath access road and railway sidings.
Recipient of a North Warwickshire Borough Council Civic Award 2008 in the Contribution to Local Economy category.
