Automated Packaging Systems require a 23,000 sq. ft. extension to their existing warehouse, with a 5,000 sq. ft. extension to their attached two storey offices at Enigma Park, Malvern
The extension is to occupy their current car parking and service yard areas, which are to be relocated to occupy available undeveloped land within their site boundary.
Farebrothers assisted with the development of an Employers Requirement brief for tender purposes and are to act as civil and structures designer on novation to the Contractor.
Our brief includes
- Design, detail and specification for sub and superstructures
- Design of infrastructure works including site roads and drainage
- Design of infrastructure works for the estate roads and drainage
- Extension 2008
