Town Centre Development at Burntwood, Staffs
Detailed design of 0.7 km town bypass including 2 No. new roundabouts to facilitate some 40000m2 gfa retail/leisure development, design of new surface water sewers and balancing ponds, new foul water system. Preparation of comprehensive Transportation Assessment and contribution to Environmental Statement in support of Outline Planning Application submitted December 1999.
