Imara UK, the development arm of the Aga Khan Foundation required a new Community Centre in Leicester.

The facility comprised of an octagonal, two storey building with basement plant room and an additional plant platform over the first storey Prayer Hall.

External works comprised of car parking and limited goods vehicle delivery routes.

Our brief included:

Building Sub and Superstructure Design
External works design including pavement construction/levels and sub surface drainage
