Redevelopment of former Victoria Hotel to create retail units at ground level and new residential accommodation above.
We provided advice on the demolition of the original hotel and had a full appointment for the design, specification and detailing of the new basement, structural steelwork superstructure, precast concrete floors, load bearing masonry and mansard roof.
