A former industrial site being redeveloped into 40 No. residential units incorporating Housing Association houses and apartments. The redevelopment of the derelict site required the surveying of the existing site, buildings, boundary conditions and to establishing the former drainage regime. The site constraints include contamination, close proximity to railway, Japanese knotweed, limited site access and lack of surface water outfall. Roads and drainage were installed to Adoptable standards.
