As part of their continuing expansion programme, the Midlands Co-operative Society required a larger store at Jacksdale, Nottinghamshire to replace their existing store.
This was achieved via the construction of a new 9000 sq ft store of contemporary design on a brownfield site close to the existing shop.
Farebrothers were responsible for the procurement of a suitable Site Investigation and the subsequent design and detailing of the infrastructure, sub and superstructure works in addition to the design and liason with statutory authorities associated with the construction of a new vehicle access to the car park.
We were also responsible for the role of Planning Supervisor.
