Temple Court was the former premises of Lewis’s Department store in Corporation Street, Birmingham. The premises were converted to provide some 230,000 sq ft of office accommodation and 20,000 sq ft of retail space. A major part of the project was creation of a central Atrium and car parking spaces in the basement beneath the building. Farebrothers were responsible for the structural engineering on the project, which included restoration of the facades.
