Tamworth Castle is a typical Norman motte and bailey, situated in the centre of Tamworth overlooking the Castle Pleasure Grounds. Currently the castle is a museum and education centre and also has various function rooms. For many years Farebrothers advised the council on remedial and maintenance works, including inspecting and reporting of the condition of the fabric. In addition, various works have been carried out to improve access.
