Redevelopment of former Accident Hospital site into student accommodation for the University of Birmingham, comprising some 300 units, Student Union building and other ancillary buildings, car parking.
We provided advice on Site Investigation and demolition works then undertook detailed design, specifications and drawings for new basement, floor slabs, structural steelwork superstructure, load bearing masonry, external works and drainage.
